Leonardo Cheese


Leonardo is a rustic, cylindrical Italian cow’s milk cheese. Made from pasteurized cows’ milk, Leonardo cheese is aged for a couple of months and boasts an aged-looking rustic farmhouse cheese and a young, crumbly, lactic center.
