Quattro Pepi is a hard goat cheese studded with four types of peppercorns and aged for around three months. The paste has an herbaceous, peppery taste and pairs perfectly with fruity red wines. Produced by the Nicolau family in the Sierra Foothills near Modesto, CA on a small goat farm, Quattro Pepi has quickly become a classic California artisan cheese.
