Sharpham Rustic is a semi-hard cheese in an unusual but attractive saucer shape. It is made using raw Jersey cow’s milk. The meadows where these cows graze is replete with wild garlic, which inspired the cheese-makers to highlight this flavor in the milk by adding garlic and chives to their cheese. The final product is a semi-hard cheese with a moist creamy texture and a delicious ‘oniony’ tang.
