Wrinkled Paglierina

Paglierina is a traditional Italian cheese from Piemonte whose names comes from the Italian word for straw (paglia), the material on which this artisan cheese is aged and what gives Paglierina its earthy notes. Paglierina is a delicious cheese produced from a blend of two milks: whole cow, and sheep milk. It features a soft texture, a melting center and a mild flavor.
